Voluntary 30-day returns

We offer change-of-mind returns requested within 30 days of receipt, in addition to statutory rights. For this voluntary offer, items should generally be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging where reasonably available, with proof of purchase. These conditions do not restrict statutory rights.

EU 14-day withdrawal right

Consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from eligible online purchases without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Notify us within that period by a clear statement to admin@axel.shop; prior permission is not necessary to exercise the right. Send goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Customers are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of goods. Original packaging is not mandatory for statutory withdrawal.

Return shipping

We use BOX NOW and local postal services where available, depending on the country and parcel. Contact us for the return address and appropriate arrangements; contact is for coordination and is not a condition of exercising the legal right to withdraw. Customers generally bear direct return postage for change-of-mind returns if this responsibility was disclosed before purchase, unless AXEL.SHOP expressly offers free return shipping. Charges vary by country and parcel; any prepaid-label charge will be disclosed before acceptance. We cover return costs for nonconforming products where required by law. Do not send goods to our registered office without confirming the returns address.

Refunds

For statutory withdrawals, refunds including standard outbound delivery charges will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of notice of withdrawal, using the original payment method unless otherwise lawfully agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until goods are received or proof of return is supplied, whichever comes first, when legally permitted. Additional charges for an expressly chosen premium delivery method need not be reimbursed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us with your order details. Mandatory legal guarantees and remedies, including applicable shipping-cost protections, are unaffected.

Exceptions apply only where legally permitted, including certain customized products or eligible unsealed hygiene goods.
